Traffic Film Remover
BCS TFR is a professional-grade traffic film remover designed to tackle heavy soiling on vehicles. It is suitable for vehicle exteriors, including wheel arches and other heavily soiled areas, providing a practical solution for maintaining fleet vehicles and high-volume vehicle detailing.
The high-foaming, rich formula of BCS TFR effectively cuts through grime, grease, oil, and bug splatter, leaving surfaces clean and ready for further detailing. Its concentrated formula is extremely cost effective, allowing dilution up to 250:1 for lighter cleaning tasks without compromising performance.
BCS TFR is ideal for commercial vehicle operators, professional detailers, and car care facilities managing large fleets or high-turnover vehicles. It is particularly effective on areas with heavy buildup, such as wheel arches, lower panels, and vehicle fronts. For tough bug removal, a stronger dilution of 10:1–20:1 is recommended, ensuring the product is applied and rinsed carefully to avoid surface damage. PPE is advised during use.
How To Guide:
- Rinse the vehicle prior to application of the product.
- Dilute the product as required. 1-2% in wash systems, 250:1 - 50:1 for manual application.
- Apply primarily to the lower half of the vehicle.
- Allow the product to dwell for a few moments. Do not allow to dry on the surface.
- Swill thoroughly with a high pressure wash.
