Order Cut-Off Times

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are usually processed and dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability and payment authorisation. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends or on bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Services

We use a variety of delivery partners to ensure your order is shipped in the most suitable way. Our courier services include DPD, DHL, Parcelforce, Royal Mail and Palletways.

The delivery method used will depend on the products ordered, order size and your delivery location. Smaller parcels may be sent via Royal Mail, DPD, DHL or Parcelforce, while larger or heavier items may be delivered by Palletways.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available so you can follow your delivery journey. You can also log in to your account to view your order status, check order history and access any available tracking information.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are entered correctly when placing your order. In some cases, deliveries may require a signature.
